Leonard's, Newland, Chapel of the Beauchamp Community. For over seven hundred years people have gathered here in all circumstances of life and have found the comforting presence of God. Leonard's - you are assured of a very warm welcome and all communicant members of any Christian Church can feel free to join us at any of our services. You can visit us for one of our Sunday services either at 8 or 11 a.m.
If you want to visit us during the week, please go to our website, to contact our Warden/Publicity either by telephone or e-mail. Coach parties are always welcome by appointment and individuals may be invited to join in with an existing party.

Company description
An Anglican Church in the Catholic Tradition. Holy Eucharist - 8 a.m. A simple quiet Holy Communion service celebrated according to the form and poetry of the traditional language in Common Worship. Held in the chancel. Sung Eucharist - 11 a.m. This is the main celebration of the day with usually thirty-five to forty people present. There is a choir and the service is sung to a good and singable setting with a wide variety of both traditional and modern hymns.
The choir may sing a motet during the communion. The service is both friendly and dignified with servers present and vestments worn by the Celebrant. It follows the traditional language form of Common Worship and service books are available. Incense may be used. The service usually lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. Refreshments and fellowship are offered in the Boardroom of the Beauchamp Community after the service on the first Sunday of every month.
Visitors are always made welcome. Services are held during the week as follows - Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 8 a.m. Wednesday and Saturday at 10 a.m. Other events at St. Leonard's and the Beauchamp Community are on the Events page at
